Dr. Shauna provides one on one consulting with individuals that want to take their business or private practice to the next level. One on One consultation includes business plans, business strategy, business management and business branding.
Dr. Shauna began in a solo practice and grew into a multi-location group practice. Her journey has been one with many hills and valleys, where she learned a wealth of information. This information has allowed her to not only continue to grow her business, but also helped many colleagues meet or surpass what she was able to create. Dr. Shauna offers Private Practice Coaching and Consulting for clinicians that are interested in starting a private mental health practice. The private practice consultation is tailored to meet your specific needs for growth.

Dr. Shauna also works with non-profits organizations, public and private schools, universities, corporations, and government agencies that want to include a mental health/behavioral health aspect to their current organizational plans. She also provides consulting services in the areas of program development and management, crisis services for the community, employees and clients, staff training and management training.
Dr. Shauna’s has designed her consultation program to include spending time with management and staff of the organization to identify deficiencies and to set goals for future outcomes. She will research, develop, and design the best program to meet the organizations specific needs and populations that the currently or wish to serve.
Due to Dr. Shauna’s current and past experiences in education, behavioral health, human services, and government services, she is able to add significant value to the current and future projects of any organization.
